To receive a file from the host:

Select the Receive (download) option from the Transfer menu or press the
download button on the toolbar. The Download a File dialog box appears.

Enter the host file to download in the Download from (Host File Name) text
box.

Choose a local directory to download the file to. If you want to change
the name of the file, enter a new one in the PC File Name text box.
You can download a file directly to the Windows clipboard by selecting
the Clipboard in the Download To group box. Files that are downloaded to
the clipboard are placed in CF_TEXT format, which is a text format supported
by most applications.

Select your file transfer options.

To start the file transfer, press the OK button.

You can select a filename before selecting the download dialog box. Using
the mouse, select the name of the host file you wish to download from a
line of screen text. Then select Receive (download) from the Transfer menu.
The host filename will be copied from the highlighted text to the Host
File Name text box.
